About me.

Kayleigh Bennett is a senior Vocal Music Performance and Music Education double major at Moravian College.  She has been part of Moravian Choir, Women's Chorus, Vocalis Select Vocal Ensemble, Opera and Stagecraft Ensemble, Song and Stagecraft Ensemble, the Monteverdi Ensemble, Voice Mastery Class, Salon Ensemble and was the Allentown Symphony Collegiate Soprano.  This past summer she was selected as one of 18 young artists for the Up North Vocal Institute, a highly selective opera performance program with applicants from all around the world.  Recently she won 1st prize in the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Lehigh Valley competition for Division 4, Song & Aria. 

Kayleigh has also played trumpet for the Moravian College Marching Band, Big Band, Baroque Ensemble and is the Principal Trumpet of the Moravian College Community Orchestra.  She currently teaches voice and piano to students ranging in age from 4 to 15, and has been teaching voice lessons since she was a senior in High School. 

Recently accepted to The New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Kayleigh will be pursuing her masters in Vocal Performance with a concentration in voice pedagogy.
